After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all the details of your order. If you don’t see your confirmation email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder or double check to make sure you ordered using the correct email address. You should receive this email instantly, but on rare occasions it may take up to 30 minutes.

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to request a cancellation or modification. This can be done by emailing our customer support team at support@myanimekeycaps.com

After 24 hours have passed, it will be too late to make any changes as production of your order will have already commenced.

You can track your order either with your tracking number or your order number and phone/email.

Shipping times vary depending on multiple factors. Some countries take longer than others, and some local couriers and customs are slower than others.

In general, you should be able to expect your order to arrive within 10-20 days of your order. This includes processing, manufacturing and printing time.

We can ship to most countries. If you want to be extra sure, you can email us at support@myanimekeycaps.com.

If we can't ship to your location, we will give you a full refund.
